		<description>Great photo -- I also laughed at the thought of little tugboats taking the radar for a spin.. a little jaunt.. get some fresh air before returning to the boring work of defending us from total annihilation. Although when I first heard it was part of a missile defense system I thought, didn&#039;t we decide not to fund that because it never worked? apparently not.</description>
